TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. APPLICABLE CONDITIONS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by customers (hereinafter referred to as "Client(s)") in our online store www.oneclickfillers.eu. The online store is owned and operated by Estetix Group OU, registration number: 11305263, address: Kadaka tee 133, Tallinn, 12915, Estonia (hereinafter: "Estetix Group OU," "Oneclickfillers.eu," "we," "us," "our"). These conditions apply to all website visitors, regardless of whether they place an order.
1.2 All products sold through our online store are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 We sell products exclusively to aesthetic clinics, doctors, and medical professionals with qualifications in aesthetic medicine and registered legal entities. Orders from private individuals are not accepted.
1.4 By registering and making purchases in our online store, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
1.5 We do not provide medical advice through the online store or any other means. Any information provided on the website is general in nature and should be verified by a licensed medical professional. You agree not to use any product without taking reasonable precautions to ensure it does not harm you.
1.6 Before using any product, you must follow all instructions provided with that product.
1.7 We sell only 100% original and certified parapharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
1.8 We reserve the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions, including prices, by publishing the updated terms on the online store www.oneclickfillers.eu.
1.9 If a Client places an order before any changes to these Terms and Conditions are made, the order will be processed under the previous terms, except where required by Estonian law.
2. LANGUAGE OF THE WEBSITE
2.1 The content of this website is provided in English to serve an international audience.
2.2 For local clients, information can be provided in Estonian upon request. For support or inquiries in Estonian, please contact us at info@oneclickfillers.eu
3. REGISTRATION & CLIENT INFORMATION
3.1 Registration is available only to aesthetic clinics, doctors, and medical professionals with qualifications in aesthetic medicine.
3.2 Prices will be accessible only after registration and approval by the online store administration.
3.3 Your account will be activated after uploading a valid medical education certificate.
3.4 The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided for order completion and delivery (including VAT and registration numbers).
3.5 If the Client updates or changes their information, we reserve the right to pause the account for verification of the new details.
3.6 Users must be of legal age according to the laws of their jurisdiction to register and use our website.
3.7 We reserve the right to close any account at any time without prior notice.
4. ORDERS & DELIVERY
4.1 Clients can place orders 24/7 through our online store. Orders will be processed on the next business day.
4.2 Prices displayed on the website exclude VAT, taxes, duties, and delivery costs. For Estonian clients, a 24% VAT will be added to the total cost at checkout. Delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method and will be displayed during order placement.
4.3 Orders will only be shipped after full payment of the issued invoice has been received.
4.4 We use DHL Express, Fedex Express, DPD, or Itella SmartPost for delivery. Estonian clients may pick up orders directly from our warehouse in Tallinn by contacting us at info@oneclickfillers.eu.
4.5 We are not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the Client.
4.6 The Client is responsible for understanding the import and export regulations of the destination country. If a package is held at customs, the Client must contact their local customs office to release or return the package. Refunds will only be issued for packages returned to us.
4.7 We do not reimburse transportation costs, handling fees, taxes, duties, or other expenses related to returns.
4.8 By placing and paying for an order, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
5. DAMAGED PRODUCTS & RETURNS
5.1 Claims for loss, shortage, or damage during transit must be reported to info@oneclickfillers.eu within 2 days of receipt. Claims received after this period will not be accepted.
5.2 Claims must be accompanied by photographs of the damage and a report from the carrier. Claims without proper documentation will not be processed.
5.3 In the case of confirmed damage during transit, we will replace the product or refund its value. Indirect or consequential damages are not covered.
5.4 Minor packaging damage is not a valid reason for claims.
5.5 Due to hygiene and safety regulations, medical devices cannot be returned, except in cases where the product has defects or does not comply with the terms of the contract (see section 5.6 for details). Once the product leaves our supply chain, we cannot guarantee its quality or adherence to storage requirements.
5.6 Legal entities may return products only if the product has defects or does not comply with the terms of the contract. Notification of defects must be made within 2 days of receipt.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
6.1 All prices are listed in euros and exclude VAT, taxes, and delivery costs. For Estonian clients, a 24% VAT is added at checkout.
6.2 Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
6.3 Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
6.4 EU-based clients must provide a valid VAT number to make tax-free purchases (excluding Estonian clients).
6.5 We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if fraud is suspected.
6.6 Bank transfer payments can be arranged by contacting us at info@oneclickfillers.eu.
6.7 We use reliable payment systems, including Montonio, to ensure secure and convenient payment processing. By using these systems, you agree to their terms of service.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 We are liable in accordance with Estonian law, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, production losses, or reputational damage.
8. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
8.1 We are not responsible for potential intellectual property infringements related to the products.
8.2 Clients must promptly notify us of any claims regarding intellectual property infringements.
9. PRODUCT LIABILITY
9.1 We are not liable for bodily injuries or damage to other products caused by our products, except as required by applicable law.
9.2 In the case of third-party claims against us, we may file a claim against the Client in the same jurisdiction.
10. ADVERSE EVENT REPORTING & RECALLS
10.1 Clients must promptly report any adverse events or side effects to info@oneclickfillers.eu.
10.2 In case of product recalls, we will notify Clients and provide instructions. Clients are obligated to follow recall measures unless prohibited by law.
11. TAXES
11.1 For Estonian clients, a 24% VAT is added to the total order amount.
11.2 EU clients with a valid VAT number are exempt from VAT.
11.3 The Client is responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and charges.
11.4 We are not responsible for taxes or charges imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Estonian law.
12.2 Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to Estonian courts.
12.3 We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings in the Client’s jurisdiction.
